Cam is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Nutrition Coach. With a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology, he knows the body inside and out, including how it responds to exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.

His goal is to help as many people as possible improve their quality of life, overall health and disease prevention, and performance in their chosen activities.
