Track & Improve bundles include pre- and post-testing over ~12–16 weeks, which is ideal for confirming progress from your training and nutrition plan.

She holds an honours degree in Biology and Psychology and brings a background in naturopathic medicine, mind-body nutrition, and eating psychology to her practice.
